QUALITY POLICY AND OBJECTIVE
It is Unalloy-IWRC policy that everyone has a responsibility for ensuring quality and continuous
improvement activities. Therefore all personnel shall receive relevant and documented training in the
Quality Policy and System. The Quality System Manager oversees the function, implementation and
maintenance of the Quality System to ensure conformance to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. All Managers
are equally responsible for controlling quality and continuous improvement activities throughout their
departments.
The Unalloy Group intends to
satisfy the customer through a number of means:
- by providing services and
products that either meet or exceed the expectations of our customers in
a cost effective and competitive manner and within the context of a
fully implemented quality management system.
- by pursuing continual
improvement of its quality and operational systems as a means of added
value to the service and products delivered to our customers
- by pursuing customer
feedback in order to enhance customer satisfaction
